On January 17th, Huron County OPP were called to an incident involving intimate partners in the Municipality of South Huron.
After investigating, the OPP found that the suspect had allegedly committed a crime against their partner.
A 69-year-old from South Huron was arrested and charged with assault – spousal, under the Criminal Code.
The accused was processed and later released. They are scheduled to appear in court at the Ontario Court of Justice in Goderich on February 10, 2025.
