On March 16th Huron County Ontario Provincial Police OPP investigated an incident involving intimate partners in the Municipality of Bluewater. During the investigation, officers discovered that one partner had allegedly committed a criminal act against the other.
A 42-year-old individual from West Perth was arrested and charged with spousal assault under the Criminal Code. The accused was processed, held for a bail hearing, and later released.
