A person has been charged following a domestic assault investigation in North Middlesex.
On Friday, May 30th, just after 6:25 p.m., Middlesex County OPP officers responded to a call about an assault at a home in the area.
After an investigation, police arrested a 30-year-old from North Middlesex. The individual is now facing several charges, including assault causing bodily harm by choking, spousal assault, mischief under $5,000, and failing to follow conditions from a previous release order. The accused was held in custody and is now awaiting a bail hearing.
