The South Huron Hospital Foundation has introduced a new strategic plan to guide its goals and direction from 2022 to 2025. This plan was created with help from many partners, including the Foundation’s Board of Directors, the South Huron Hospital CEO, the Hospital Association Board, and the Hospital Auxiliary. It was also supported by experts in the not-for-profit field.
The plan focuses on four key areas, Inspiring, Enabled, Aligned, and Accountable. These areas are designed to help the Foundation grow its impact and continue supporting health care in South Huron and the surrounding region. The overall goal is to improve communication, strengthen fundraising, stay connected to the hospital’s mission, and keep the board and operations strong.
The Foundation says this plan reflects what matters most right now, while also preparing for the future. Their mission is to raise the funds needed to make sure the community has access to excellent health care.
By working together with community members and health care leaders, the South Huron Hospital Foundation believes this plan will help them grow, connect, and serve even more people in the years to come.
