The Grand Erie District School Board is inviting students and families to two regional Grand Pathways events next week, designed to help learners explore their futures and plan their next steps.
Students in Grades 6 to 12, along with parents and caregivers, can learn about secondary school programs, post-secondary pathways, and career options. The events will feature resources and supports from Grand Erie schools, plus guidance on the five available post-secondary pathways — apprenticeship, college, university, workplace, and community living.
“Secondary school is an exciting time to explore your interests and connect with supports to help you get there,” said JoAnna Roberto, Director of Education. “We’re thrilled to offer these events to help students navigate possible career paths.”
Events take place October 28 at Hagersville Secondary School and October 29 at North Park Collegiate in Brantford, both from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.
