TODAY: EarlyON program – Seaforth 10:00 am – 11:30 am. Join indoors at the Northside United Church. Enter the parking lot off of Church Street. Watch for our EarlyON sign closest to the door that you’ll enter. If the door is locked, ring the doorbell to the upper right of the door. FREE drop-in program for Parents/Caregivers with children 0-6 years. Connect with other families and EarlyON Facilitators, engage in play-based activities, sing interactive songs and chat about topics of interest to parents. TODAY: VISP Tech Classes. Have you ever had trouble getting some tech device to work properly? Do you want to learn how to use your phone, tablet, or computer more effectively? Do you simply need help doing something using technology? Come out to the free Tech Classes being hosted by the Exeter Legion as part of the Veteran Independence Support Programs!, Classes facilitated by Gateway CERH. These are drop-in classes. Bring your own device, or use ours! (loaner devices limited) Priority will be given to Veterans, then Seniors but the program is open to all! Classes happening every Thursday in October at the Exeter Legion. A second round of classes will be held in March 2026. This program is able to be offered free of charge due to the Government of Ontario Seniors Community Grant Program!

TOMORROW: Goderich: Haunted House. East End Gym est.1980 presents ….Haunted House, 2025 Halloween night (October 31st.) If you were through last year‘s haunted house at 93 Bruce St., then get ready. The owners of East End Gym are reopening their home again for an even bigger and better interactive experience. This year, donations will be accepted to help support Pet Rescue and Salthaven wildlife rehabilitation center. All trick-or-treaters will be welcome, regardless, but, if you are able, donations will be greatly appreciated ( closer to the date we will post donation ideas.) East Gym will also be offering limited edition, haunted swag for both adults and kids. All proceeds will be donated to both Rescue centres. Prices and options will be posted closer to the event date. So all you ghost and goblins mark your calendars and get into the Halloween spirit to help East End Gym scare up support for animals in need!! The haunted house will be open between 5 PM and 9:30 PM.
