Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged a North Huron resident following a report of suspicious persons on December 24th.
Just after 11:00 p.m. on Wednesday, officers were called to Princess Street East in Clinton, Municipality of Central Huron. Police located two people in the area. One person gave a false name to avoid arrest on an outstanding warrant. Officers were able to identify the individual and arrested them.
A 27-year-old of North Huron, has been charged with personation with intent to avoid arrest, prosecution, or obstruct justice.
