TODAY: VISP Monday Moves Fitness Classes 9:30 am – 10:30 am The Veteran Independence Support Program “Monday Moves” Fitness Classes happening at the Exeter Legion. Monday Moves are a FREE, Drop-in, Low Impact, Chair Fitness Class, led by Anne Reardon, a Certified Senior Fitness Instructor! Open to all Veterans and Seniors (55+) Come out and improve your mobility and overall fitness. Please be sure to eat before coming, bring a water bottle, wear appropriate shoes & comfortable clothing! This program is able to be offered free of charge thanks to the Government of Ontario Seniors Community Grant Program!
