Residents in the Municipality of Bluewater are being invited to share their ideas as the community begins work on a new environmental strategy.
The municipality says the plan will help guide future projects and decisions aimed at protecting the environment. The strategy will focus on issues such as climate change, protecting natural areas, improving green spaces, reducing waste, and planning for future funding.
Officials are asking full-time, part-time, and seasonal residents to take part in a short online survey. The survey takes about six to ten minutes to complete and asks questions about climate action, trees and nature, energy use, waste reduction and recycling, as well as parks and beaches.
Municipal leaders say community feedback will help shape priorities and projects that support a cleaner and healthier future for Bluewater.
The survey is open until March 18th
