Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Huron is getting ready to host its popular Little Craft show this weekend, giving residents a chance to shop local and support a good cause.
The event will take place on Saturday, April 25th from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m at the South Huron Rec Centre.
Fund Development Coordinator Angie Steckle says the timing is perfect for anyone looking for gifts.
This year’s show will feature more than 65 vendor tables, offering a wide range of products.
The event is also an easy way to support Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Huron. Admission is three dollars, with all proceeds going directly to the organization. There will also be a bake sale, which has become a favourite for many returning visitors. Steckle says some popular items sell out quickly, with some guests arriving early just to make sure they don’t miss out.
The vendor spaces for this year’s event are already full, showing just how popular the craft show has become. However, those interested in future events are encouraged to reach out to be added to a contact list for upcoming opportunities.
Another feature returning this year is a pop-up version of the organization’s “Little Shop.” The space will give visitors a chance to see some of the clothing, toys, and books available, while highlighting the quality and care that goes into the store.
Steckle says they are excited to welcome the community back once again for a day of shopping, connection, and support.
