Enjoy age-appropriate activities, discover answers to questions on child development, find information about programs and services that are available for young children and families in their area, and talk to EarlyON professionals, as well as other parents and caregivers in the community.

TODAY: South Huron Hospital Spring Rummage Sale. 2:00 pm – 7:30 pm. South Huron Hospital Auxiliary Spring Rummage Sale happens this May 29 and 30 at South Huron Rec Centre. Free admission, cash sales only and please bring your own bags. This is our large sale and items on sale will include clothing, books, cds, dvds, puzzles, toys, sports equipment, home decor, shoes, jeweller, linens, housewares, craft supplies and more.
Donations will be accepted at the Rec Centre on May 28 until 8 pm. Proceeds will be used to purchase equipment to improve patient care. Thank you for your support of the Auxiliary
TOMORROW: Hike for Hospice. Saturday, May 30, 2026. Join us for a day of community, connection, and compassion at Hike for Hospice, an annual event supporting the care provided at Jessica’s House Hospice. This family-friendly event brings our community together to walk, explore Exeter, and raise funds that ensure hospice care remains free and available for families who need it most. Whether you join us for the walk, the scavenger hunt, or simply come out for lunch and games, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
Participants will begin the day at the MacNaughton-Morrison Trail Pavilion, where the walk will take place along the beautiful MacNaughton-Morrison Trail.
The community scavenger hunt will also begin at the pavilion and finish at the Exeter Rec Centre, where everyone will gather for lunch, games, and activities.
Starting Location: MacNaughton-Morrison Trail Pavilion – Exeter, Ontario. End Location: Exeter Recreation Centre

TOMORROW: Exploring permanent residency pathways. Learn about options to stay in Canada as a permanent resident. Interested in learning how you can build a future in Canada? Join us for an informative session exploring permanent residency pathways and options for staying in Canada. This session will be presented by knowledgeable staff from the FCJ Refugee Centre, who will share trusted, up‑to‑date information on current immigration streams, eligibility considerations, and next steps. Attendees will also have access to no‑cost, one‑on‑one consultations with a Registered Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) to discuss their individual situations.
Two sessions will run simultaneously:

Lunch will be provided to all participants. This is a great opportunity to gain reliable information, ask questions, and receive professional guidance in a welcoming environment.
