Huron Perth Public Health (HPPH) is asking residents to share their thoughts about its sexual health clinic services through a new online survey.
The survey is open to anyone who lives in Huron or Perth County, whether they have used an HPPH sexual health clinic or not.
The anonymous survey takes about five to 10 minutes to complete. People who take part can also choose to enter a draw to win one of three $50 gift cards.
The survey is available online through the Huron Perth Public Health website and will remain open throughout the summer.
HPPH operates sexual health clinics in Clinton, Exeter, Goderich, Listowel, and Stratford. The clinics provide confidential services including sexually transmitted infection testing and treatment, low-cost birth control, pregnancy testing, emergency contraception, cervical screening, and referrals to other health services.
