Visitors to the Lambton Heritage Museum can now step back in time with the newly opened historic Canatara Cabin exhibit, after a multi-year restoration project that preserved one of Lambton County’s oldest surviving log buildings.
myFM caught up with Museum Curator Supervisor Dana Thorne during the opening.
Thorne says many small details were added to make the space feel authentic. One of her favourite additions is a collection of Hardy Boys books.
The exhibit is now open to visitors at the Lambton Heritage Museum.
