A section of the South Huron Trail at Morrison Dam Conservation Area is temporarily closed from August 10th to 15th.
The closure is needed so crews can make improvements to the trail, including rebuilding a wooden boardwalk.
The parking lot south of Morrison Reservoir will also be closed on August 10th and 11th.
The north side of the Morrison Dam Conservation Area trail will remain open, along with the MacNaughton-Morrison section of the South Huron Trail west of the conservation area.
The Ausable Bayfield Conservation Authority is thanking residents for their patience while the work is completed.
