The annual Association of Municipalities of Ontario conference is underway in Ottawa.
Premier Doug Ford gave a speech yesterday, announcing that the next round of applications is open for the Community Sport and Recreation Infrastructure Fund, for sport and recreation upgrades, repairs or new builds.
He talked up his economic record, last week’s data centre strategy and Sunday’s infrastructure funding announcement.
The annual AMO conference brings together representatives from cities, towns and rural communities to take part in policy sessions and meet directly with provincial ministers.
