Residents in Lambton Shores will have several choices to make in the upcoming municipal election.
Two candidates are running for mayor. They are Doug Cook and Jeff Wilcox.
The deputy mayor race also has two candidates: Dan Sageman and Marilyn Smith.
In Ward 1, three candidates are running for councillor: Randy McClinchey, Sarah Nicholson and Chris Vanderydt.
Some council seats have already been decided because only one person put their name forward.
Dave Maguire has been acclaimed as councillor for Ward 2, while Shawn Dickey has been acclaimed in Ward 3.
Ward 4 has two candidates running for councillor: David McLean and David (DJ) Pugh.
In Ward 5, residents will choose between Jim Hansen and Suzanne Shea.
Dave Marsh has been acclaimed as councillor for Ward 6.
Ward 7 also has a two-person race, with Jeffrey Girling and Randy Shaw running for councillor.
Residents will have the opportunity to choose their representatives in the upcoming municipal election on October 26th.
