Autumn Indulgence is returning to Grand Bend, bringing an evening of dinner, entertainment and auctions to the community.
The annual event is hosted by the Rotary Club of Grand Bend and is now in its 22nd year and will take place September 26th at the Huron Country Playhouse.
Rotary Club member Brian Hall told myFM what guests can expect from this year’s event.
The event is the Rotary Club’s only fundraiser of the year. Money raised helps support the club’s projects and programs in the community.
Hall says the event has grown a lot since it first started. Today, the backstage area is transformed into a large gala space where guests can enjoy dinner and dancing.
This year’s live auction will feature seven items, including a weekend in Toronto with four Maple Leafs tickets and a stay at a two-bedroom penthouse condo.
A six-night African safari is also returning after being a popular item last year. The trip includes a stay at a game camp in East Africa, twice-daily game drives and meals.
Only 275 tickets are being sold, and Hall says there are just a few tickets left.
