As part of 90.5 myFM’s 2026 Election Coverage, myFM reached out to candidates in South Huron, Bluewater, Lambton Shores and Lucan-Biddulph to hear why they believe residents should vote for them on October 26th.
Here’s what Jeff Wilcox, running for Mayor in Lambton Shores had to say.
TRANSCRIBED AUDIO:
“I’m Jeff Wilcox running for Mayor of Lambton Shores. I’ve been on council for 12 years and am concerned that there isn’t enough communication from the mayor to council or from council to the public.
One of the biggest issues I feel is that right there is there needs to be more communication from the mayor to council and from the council to the public so they know what’s going on. And if people vote for me, that’s what they’re going to get. They’re going get more communication. Their voice will be heard, and we’re going to move forward with the people and not dictate to the people what we are going to do.
Thank you and vote Jeff Wilcox for Mayor and Lambton Shores 2026.”
