A new fundraiser is giving people a chance to win meat packages and a cash prize while supporting local programs.
United Way Perth-Huron has launched its new Meat & Moolah 50/50 raffle. The 14-week online fundraiser will feature several meat prizes from producers across the region, leading up to a grand prize draw on November 30th at 10 a.m.
The winner will receive 50 per cent of gross ticket sales, along with the Smoker prize pack.
Tickets are $5 for one, $10 for 10, $20 for 50 or $50 for 200 tickets. Tickets are available online until 10 a.m. on November 30th.
United Way Perth-Huron says money raised will help support local programs and services for people facing challenges such as housing instability, homelessness and barriers to accessing community supports.
