Charges have been laid following a single-vehicle crash in Lambton Shores.
Lambton County OPP say officers responded to a crash on Lakeshore Road near Fuller Road just before 1 p.m. on September 26th.
Police say the vehicle left the road and struck a hydro pole.
The 20-year-old driver from Kettle and Stony Point First Nation was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver is now facing charges of impaired driving with a blood alcohol level over the legal limit and dangerous operation.
Lambton County OPP are reminding drivers to make safe choices and are encouraging anyone who suspects an impaired driver to contact police.
