South Huron residents are now deciding who their next elected representatives will be as voting opened on Tuesday.
Clerk Alex Wolfe hopes for a high voter turnout, amplifying the importance of municipal government.
If you’ve yet to receive your voting information card, Wolfe offers advice.
This is the first election South Huron is using the voters list provided by Elections Ontario, so some information for residents may be out of date.
For the third straight election, residents can vote via phone or internet. You can also head into town hall to vote at a kiosk if you do not have internet access or need assistance, just bring your voter information card.
Voting closes at 8 p.m on October 26th.
