For students considering their next step in education, finding the right college is about more than choosing a program. It’s also about finding a learning environment where they feel supported and connected.
Fanshawe College is inviting prospective students to explore its campuses during its fall open house on Saturday, November 7th.
Running from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the event will give visitors an opportunity to learn more about available programs, meet faculty and current students, and get a closer look at the college experience.
For those considering the Clinton Regional Campus, one of the biggest draws is the smaller campus environment, which offers a more personal approach to learning.
Smaller class sizes can mean more opportunities to connect with instructors, ask questions and build relationships with fellow students, while learning in a setting that feels closely connected to the surrounding community.
The open house is a chance to see that environment firsthand, explore program offerings and get a better understanding of what studying at Fanshawe could look like.
Visitors can explore program booths at their own pace, speak with faculty and current students, and take part in scheduled information sessions and lab demonstrations offered by various programs.
The open house will also extend beyond Woodstock, with opportunities to visit Fanshawe’s London Downtown Campus and regional locations in St. Thomas/Elgin, Simcoe, Woodstock and Tiverton.
Whether students already have a program in mind or are still figuring out what direction to take, the event offers an opportunity to ask questions, compare options and start planning for the future.
More information, including program-specific information session and demonstration schedules, can be found at fanshawec.ca/openhouse.
