Charges were officially issued today as the result of the collision of a tractor with a Seaforth business in mid October.
Although there were no injuries as a result of the collision, the structural integrity of the building was severely compromised and remains a risk.
As a result of the collision, a 23-year-old Huron East resident has been charged with failure to stop at a red light, careless driving, and failing to remain at the scene.
