A couple hundred runners from all over the province took part in the South Huron Trail Run this past weekend. Part of the Runners Choice Runpiker series, the run helped raise $4,004 to support Big Brothers and Big Sisters South Huron.

Hydro One crews have restored power to all areas in Grand Bend after Sundays EF-1 tornado touched town in the area. Officials worked on 13 outages in the area both Monday and Tuesday.

A 25-year-old Goderich man faces charges, including impaired driving, after a crash Monday morning. Around 1:17 a.m., Huron County OPP and EMS were called to a single motor vehicle crash that happened on Maitland Road South near Oxford Street.
