DISTRACTED DRIVER OBVIOUS TO OPP
Perth OPP in Mitchell were put on hold this week by an extremely distracted driver. On Monday night, an officer on patrol in Mitchell witnessed a female driver talking on her cellphone while driving eastbound in a van on Highway 8.

MASTER PLAN APPROVED
Goderich's Master Plan was approved at council and Mayor Deb Shewfelt says this is the people's plan since the public had so much input into the project. He says they hope to have the project underway and completed in a year. Shewfelt says it's hard to tell because it's a big change.
